Getting Started

Get up and running with Syncello in a few minutes. This guide walks you through account creation, connecting your first platform, and running your first tool.

1. Create Your Account

Sign up at app.syncello.io/signup. You'll need a valid email address to verify your account.

2. Connect a Platform

After logging in, navigate to Connections in the sidebar. Click Connect next to the platform you want to use:

  • Tape — connect via OAuth
  • Podio — connect via OAuth
  • ShareFile — connect via OAuth

Follow the OAuth flow to authorize Syncello. Once connected, your platform data is available immediately.

3. Choose How to Use Syncello

Syncello offers multiple interfaces depending on your workflow:

Web App

Full-featured interface with chat, playbooks, and tool management.

MCP Server

Connect Claude Desktop or Claude Code to Syncello tools.

REST API

Integrate Syncello tools directly into your applications.

4. Run Your First Tool

The fastest way to test is through the web app:

  1. Open the Chat tab
  2. Type: "List all my workspaces"
  3. The AI will select the right tool and show you results

Tip: Read-only operations are auto-approved, so you'll see results immediately. Write operations will ask for your confirmation first.
